Gondar Polytechnic College has successfully initiated the implementation of ISO 21001:2018, the international standard for Educational Organizations Management Systems (EOMS), to enhance the quality and consistency of its educational services. By aligning its processes with the ISO 21001:2018 framework, the college aims to better meet the needs and expectations of learners, faculty, and other stakeholders. The implementation has involved comprehensive training for staff, revision of internal quality assurance systems, and the establishment of a learner-centered approach to academic planning and delivery. This strategic move not only reinforces the college’s commitment to continuous improvement but also strengthens its position as a leading institution in technical and vocational education in Ethiopia.
